IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?
At the moment, we only accept prepaid orders to ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience. We’re constantly working to improve our services and may explore more payment options in the future.
HOW TO PLACE A RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST?
We currently don’t offer returns, but we do provide exchanges in case of sizing issues. Just reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

No, there are no additional charges for size exchanges. Just ensure the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and the tag is intact. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Your order will be delivered within 3–4 working days. We offer fast delivery because we don’t want you to wait — your style should reach you as quickly as possible.
Note: Delivery timelines may be slightly extended in case of public holidays, unforeseen delays, or remote locations.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?
No, we don’t charge anything extra — shipping is completely free on all orders.
DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
We currently ship only within India. International shipping isn’t available at the moment, but it’s something we plan to explore in the future.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it’s immediately processed to ensure fast delivery — so we’re unable to offer cancellations at this time. We appreciate your understanding and support!
WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
All our products go through a strict quality check before dispatch, and we take utmost care with packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our process is designed to eliminate any chance of damage during transit.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
We follow a careful order processing and packing procedure to ensure the right product reaches you every time. Situations like this are extremely rare — but if you believe there’s a mismatch, feel free to get in touch and we’ll look into it promptly.
I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
We initiate the replacement on the day of pickup itself. The delivery person will collect the original item and hand over the replacement at the same time, once the returned product passes a basic check.
It will take 2-3Days to pick up your Order.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?
Each product page on our website includes a reference size chart specific to that item to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend checking that chart before placing your order. For added convenience, we’ve also attached a general size chart below for your reference.
MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your payment was deducted but the order wasn’t placed, please wait for 24 hours — sometimes banks take a little time to process refunds for failed transactions. If the amount isn’t reversed within a day, kindly reach out to your bank.
