No, we don’t charge anything extra — shipping is completely free on all orders.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping isn’t available at the moment, but it’s something we plan to explore in the future.

Cancellation, Return / Exchange & Refund

All our products go through a strict quality check before dispatch, and we take utmost care with packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our process is designed to eliminate any chance of damage during transit.

We follow a careful order processing and packing procedure to ensure the right product reaches you every time. Situations like this are extremely rare — but if you believe there’s a mismatch, feel free to get in touch and we’ll look into it promptly.

We initiate the replacement on the day of pickup itself. The delivery person will collect the original item and hand over the replacement at the same time, once the returned product passes a basic check.
