Returns

• As a made-to-order brand, we do not offer refunds. However, we understand sizing can vary — so we’re happy to offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition and packaging (Please note, exchanges are subject to stock availability).
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

   

• To initiate an exchange, please email us at return@ksunch.co.in with your order details and reason for return.
  

   

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are any size related issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at return@ksunch.co.in .
